These Terms govern your use of BudgetDaily, developed by Ivan Ting. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

By accessing or using BudgetDaily, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms. These Terms constitute an agreement between you and Ivan Ting only — not with Apple, Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
BudgetDaily is a personal finance budgeting app for tracking accounts, transactions, budgets, and categories. All data is stored locally on your device with optional cloud features via paid subscription.
BudgetDaily is not a financial institution, bank, or licensed financial advisor. It is a personal budgeting tool only. Any financial decisions you make based on information in the App are your sole responsibility.
BudgetDaily Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offering: unlimited accounts and budgets, custom categories, iCloud Sync, Auto Cloud Backup, Shared Budgets, and Home Screen Widgets. Current pricing is displayed in the App and App Store listing.
Your subscription automatically renews monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
BudgetDaily Pro supports Apple Family Sharing for up to 5 family members, subject to Apple's Family Sharing terms.
Manage or cancel at any time via Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → BudgetDaily. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may change subscription pricing at any time. Apple will notify you before your next renewal and you must affirmatively consent to continue.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. To request a refund, contact Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com or support.apple.com. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple.
By using BudgetDaily, you agree to:
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into BudgetDaily. We do not access, collect, or store your data on any server.
We cannot guarantee against data loss. Data may be lost due to device failure, OS updates, iCloud disruptions, accidental deletion, or software bugs. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups. We strongly recommend creating local backup files, enabling Auto Cloud Backup (Pro), or regularly exporting your data.
Deleting the App removes all locally stored data. iCloud data can be managed through your device's iCloud settings. We do not retain any copy of your data and cannot recover it after deletion.
BudgetDaily and all its design, code, graphics, and icons are the intellectual property of Ivan Ting. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control. You retain ownership of all data you create within the App.
BudgetDaily is not a financial advisor. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, connect to bank accounts, or guarantee the accuracy of calculations. Consult a qualified professional for financial advice.
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ivan Ting shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including data loss or financial losses. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
BudgetDaily relies solely on Apple platform services: Apple CloudKit (iCloud Sync and sharing), Apple iCloud Drive (backup), Apple StoreKit (subscriptions), and Apple Local Authentication (biometric lock). No third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services are integrated.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it and cancelling any active subscription. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without liability.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Apple's Licensed Application EULA, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ivan Ting regarding BudgetDaily.
